Leadership Development

This area covers the topics of Vocations, Leadership and Unit Management.
All three are compulsory.
The Unit Management and Leadership courses give training in the skills necessary for both Unit leadership and also as a preparation for the move into the workforce. The vocations area allows choices from a number of alternatives.

Community Involvement

There are four activities in the Community Involvement Award.

All four Activities are compulsory.
The emphasis in this area is on service and making a contribution to the community we live in.

Adventurous Activities

There are three activities in the Adventurous Activities Award.
All three Activities are compulsory.

To complete the Adventurous Activities badge, Outdoor or Expedition must then be completed to a higher standard.

Personal Growth

This area covers the topics of Pursuits (non physical), Ideals, Lifestyle, and Expression. These four are compulsory for this badge.

To complete the Personal Growth badge, one of the four topics must then be completed to a higher standard.
