This is a collection of the current policies which affect the Venturer Scout Section in Victoria.

It should be noted that this manual is not intended to include those policies that appear in Scouts Australia publications, but to collect policies that are either never formally published or occur between publishing dates. This manual may also reference where appropriate published policies may be found, and includes additional resource material.
