2004 is being held at Staveley Adventure Camp
Staveley Adventure Camp is about 1 hours drive south of Christchurch. This is close to NZ's most popular Ski Field, a mere 100km from Mt Cook - the tallest peak in Australasia. the Southern Alps tower over the camp site.
What
is a Venture?
A Venture is a nine day long gathering of Venturer Scouts from both New Zealand and around the world.
What
happens at a Venture?
The Venture is split into two stages; firstly there is a four day 'expedition', for example kayaking, rafting, tramping to name a few. During the second phase programme there are numerous half and full day activities both on and off site as well as a programme of night activities.
